Look after your body, it's the only one you have !!
I recently just discovered juicing and I love it ! Let me know if you do the same, how often and what are your favourite combinations. The one I am drinking here is a Celery and Cucumber juice, its so refreshing and light plus a Beauty tonic for hair, skin and nails due to the selenium and collagen found naturally occuring in these veggies. Plus its so soothing on the nervous system, so great to drink at night before bed !!!
